Goodtill by SumUp is a powerful solution that empowers some of the most exciting businesses in the hospitality industry.
Managing over £500 million in annual transactions and serving more than 1,400 clients in the sector, and its POS systems operate in some of the most popular theatres, nightclubs, concert venues, and sports stadiums the UK has to offer, dedicated to transforming businesses of all sizes with its feature-rich, point-of-sale solution in speed, capability, and power.
Following collaborative discussions with the stakeholders, we established two key user personas: the "Corporate Client" and the "Small Business Owner". Taking into account their distinct goals, needs, and preferences, we gained insights into how they could engage with the website, while searching for a solution for their businesses. After identifying pain points and opportunities across the user journey map, our target audience for the website redesign became clear.
We strategically defined the layout using wireframes, providing a clearer idea on the structure of the new website and a design that prioritize user needs. Clear, compelling copy now communicates Goodtill's values effectively, while the design strikes a balance between B2B professionalism and the brand's bold creativity.
Goodeats Whitelabel is an all-in-one platform designed to elevate the way restaurants, bars, pubs, coffee shops, stadiums, and more serve and connect with their customers. It empowers businesses to effortlessly boost orders and revenue, streamline both online and in-store operations, and offer a competitively priced, user-friendly service for collection, delivery, and drop-off.
The GoodEats tool is browser-based, providing a unique URL, seamless menu integration, the capability to display order statuses, and a multi-vendor feature. In partnership with Goodtill, we've designed this platform with a user-centric, mobile-first approach, ensuring a smooth, responsive experience on any device. This joint effort guarantees customers a seamless and efficient ordering experience, no matter where they access it from.
